The Pima County Office of Emergency Management, the US Forest Service, and the Pima County Sheriff's Department have given a "GO" evacuation notification for Mount Lemmon/Mt Bigelow area including Summerhaven due to the Big Horn fire.

There is an evacuation center at Sahuaro High School. Pima Animal Care Center will be housing pets.
