Over the weekend, Erika and I took her sister and our nieces on a fun hike out by Starr Pass. If you are looking for a fun hike to take the kids on, this is it!
The trail ended at the Bowen House, built by homesteaders in the 1930's. It makes for a turn around point for young kids.
You have lots of easy, well marked trails that take you there. We took the Bowen Trail out. The trailhead is right next to the Marriot Starr Pass Resort. Follow the trail to the end and make a left on the Yetman Trail to reach the Bowen House. Round trip, we hit just over 3 miles- which just long enough to go before the kids start whining (parents you so know what I'm talking about).
It was so great to get out and spend some time with family. This weekend. If you need more trail recommendations/ideas, DM me on instagram @Cyndila
